Reporting to the General Manager of this technology distribution company offering products and services across security areas technologies covering 3 vendors, responsible for:
• Working with customers to discover and gather technical and business requirements to build security solutions.
• Conducting security research to provide in-depth, end-to-end enterprise network security, cloud security, vulnerability assessment, endpoint security.
• Providing demos, presentations, proof of concept (PoC), proof of value (PoV) for Cisco including open DNS (Umbrella), Web security, Email security, Advanced Malware Protection (AMP).
• Proposing solutions to meet customer requirements within industry and technology best practices using Cisco and Tenable products.
• Identifying and documenting security best practices design and architecture based on PCI, NIST and ISO.
• Designing a high-level and low-level vulnerability, code review, internal audit, information security standards and risk management architecture solution.
• Integrating new information security solution with existing customer solutions such as SIEM and Cisco ISE.
• Developing a technical plan including high level design, Bill of Material (BoM), and SoW.
• Coordinating with security product managers regarding sales strategies, deal qualification, status reporting, solution presentation and preparation for RFPs.
• Training and coaching professional development to team member sales and channel partners in order to enhance product knowledge, technical sales skills and enhance information security awareness.
• Expanding the business by adding new values to customers through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Monitoring information security solutions landscape and industry trends.

Achievements: Closed major government deals in Saudi Arabia, incl. MEIM, MOJ, MOT, ARAMCO and others worth $2m • Technical selling for three cyber security vendors’ products, Cisco, SGBox and Tenable• Supporting 7 senior account managers and 3 product managers in all technical aspects of the sales life cycle, including products’ demos, proof of value (PoV) and presentations • Successfully trained 19 resellers on Tenable and Cisco security technologies that result in a 20% increase in profits during 2017 • Lead weekly demos, PoV and presentations resulting in overachieved sales target in 2016 and 2017 • Participated in information security events as a speaker in front of over than 50 people in Riyadh and Khobar • Presented the company in major events, especially GITEX in Dubai.

Reporting to the Sales Engineering Director, responsible for:
• Analysing customer needs and gather requirements from complex business processes to define the best security solution design.
• Building low-level design (LLD) and high-level design (HLD) for HP ArcSight, HP Web Inspect and HP IMC.
• Demonstrating HP security solutions to satisfy business requirements and customer needs.
• Building statement of work (SoW) based on the desired solution.
• Participating in writing RFPs and responding to any technical queries RFIs.

Achievements: Won new logos incl. Jordanian Armed Forces and Aqaba Water Company • Lead weekly workshops and training for channel partners.

Reporting to the Solution Architect, responsible for:
• Delivering end-to-end HP solution in OSS/BSS domain to the telecom sectors.
• Developing MSC, SMSC, CG, NPM and HLR network components workflow and developing process automation.
• Strong technical knowledge of HPSA, HP IUM, Oracle, shell scripting, JAVA, XML and XSL.

Achievements: Delivered 3 complex HP projects in UAE for Etisalat and Du simultaneously • Decreased report generation time speeds by 30% after indexing and partitioning Oracle database.
