Senior Accountant, preparing all the financial statements, taking care of all daily accounting actions, along with administration issues with light HR duties like payroll, leaves, etc..
Duties :
Preparing local and foreign transfers on SWIFT System.
Handling, preparing and posting of Incoming Remittances on Core Banking System.
Corresponding with Banks & concerned Departments in case of any default or any needed query.
Ensuring that all tasks and transactions and duties are in compliance with internal policies and standards along with Central Bank rules and regulations.
Responsible of: I was responsible for providing high quality customer service for clients supported with banking background to create the concept of Excellency.
Duties
Provide remarkable customer service by handling inbound customer service calls, offering problem resolution, developing the consumer knowledge on all bank products to existing and potential clients.
Provide basic banking services to customers such as phone fund transfers, stop payment processing, account activity and history, account balances, statement information and overdraft information.
Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction, promote and selling financial products and services to customers.
