- Supervise and monitor the site execution (HVAC, firefighting systems, plumbing services,
pumps, compressed air, and BMS) as per approved drawings & project specifications.
- Design of heating, cooling, ventilation, firefighting, and plumbing systems, according to
ASHRAE, IPC, UPC, and the Saudi Building Code.
- Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/drawings for both industrial
and commercial projects.
- Prepare Shop drawings, coordination drawings, and sections by using AutoCAD & Revit.
- Prepare Mechanical calculation (Cooling/Heating load, Fans ESP, Pumps Calculation).
- Prepare technical submittals according to project SPECS and requirements.
- Prepare/Estimate of schedule plan for all mechanical activities by using Primavera P6 /
MS-Project during the tender and execution stage.
- Check the list of items to be procured, materials, tools, consumables, equipment before
submit to the procurement department.
- Prepare method of statement and lifting plan according to complete HSE procedures and
requirements.
- Responsible for installation and monitoring of all mechanical related works (HVAC, Firefighting, and plumbing) as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Follow up with subcontractors and foreman in the site.
- Work on shop drawings, redesign and as-built drawings.
- Plan the execution of mechanical works and coordinates with Electrical and civil groups.
- Submit site daily reports and inspection requests.
- Ensures that all the works are done in accordance with applicable standards whether local or
international standards.
- Attends regular meetings to discuss the updates on site progress.
- Solve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
- Responsible for maintenance works at the factory (Hydraulic injection mold machines, pumps, chillers and air compressor).
- Installation of new chillers with all accessories and pipes connection.
- Installation of sprinklers system at warehouses.
- Attend regular meetings to develop the machines and make changes.
Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) focused in Mechanical Engineering mainly in HVAC Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University.
