Liaising with the Factory Manager for any worker’s Requirements, Welfare Vacation Schedule Etc.
Identifying Training Needs, Selecting Suitable Employees for it & Reviewing Their Performance.
Monitoring Under Production for Specification & Implementing Quality Control Program.
Monitoring Production Processes & Adjusting Schedules for Urgent Delivery.
Checking on Off-cut Management & Optimum Usage & Time Material Delivery.
Coordinating with Factory Manager & Maintenance Dept. for Machinery & Equipment Maintenance & Improvement.
Reporting Under Production Status, Machine Productivity & On Ground Offcut Report to Management on Daily Basis.
