Prepared financial reports, forecasts, budgets and extensive financial modelling for the firm and others across Europe (as an addition to my duties in this role)
• Responsible for optimizing company cash flow and reducing costs resulting in a 20% increase in profit margin YoY
• Worked with VC clients to perform market research & create relevant financial models & data drivers to increase forecast accuracy
• Lead a team of accountants to train and guide regarding Financial reporting standards.
• Analyze Financial Statements, data, drivers and dynamics of the industry in question to develop financial models for forecasting and control.
• Research all information that is pertinent to transactions or projects including the industry/sector the relevant company operates in.
• Ensuring the delivery of all documentation and models in a timely manner.
• In consultation with the clients, construct a financial model that accurately captures the dynamics of the company it represents, review the financial model and its updates to ensure accuracy of the input and output.
• Participate in all relevant business meetings, and communicate and liaise with the management of the companies to request all the required data to prepare the model.
• Prepared financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Reviewed the reports by other team members in order to maintain a standard of accuracy and presentation.
• Develop models by using MS Excel knowledge in a continuous effort to streamline processes and save time.
• Performed detailed analysis of new proposed project which included cost-benefit analysis, forecasting changes and additional input of funds, to ensure that the project is profitable in the long run.
• Perform regular reviews on said accepted projects to ensure loss/expenditure is within forecasted levels, and if not, further analyze the reasons for the same.
• Communicate all concerns regarding expenditure and profitability to the various department heads at the monthly meetings and follow up on such issues to ensure that these concerns are being taken seriously.

related information.
* Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
* Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and
refunds; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
* Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing
disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
* Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
Graduated Bachelors in Commerce from Osmania University, one of the most prestigious universities in the country.
