• Maintenance, upgrade, troubleshooting, configurations.
• Installation, patching, SP/SPS upgrades of SUSE Linux servers (VM).

■ SAP Digital Boardroom, Intrasoft ME - Jordan:
• Managed to find the only provider in Jordan for digital signage screens.
• Installation/configuration of Digital Boardroom software by SAP.
• Connection of all the screens with a TABLET to control.

■ Wildfly installation, Jordan Customs - Jordan:
• Fully installation of customized HA Wildfly application deployed with Oracle 19c DB.

• Provide technical support, network configuration, electrical wiring, and printers’ maintenance.
•Took the university's practical training with the telecommunication engineering dept. in Zain Jordan and with networking fundamentals from the different divisions.
•Site visits and real-time configurations with different network based devices.
•Solving network related issues with the connections between switches, MPLSs, routers...etc.
