Besides being a teacher, I assist my HOD in whichever way I can. I am assigned to guide new teachers wherever possible, to help them develop in areas unclear to them, from lesson plans to ways of handling parents. This includes advice, sharing of ideas and experiences, instructions, supervisions and even corrections. I also give my opinions from time to time to the management and am usually pro-active in meetings whenever the need arises.
My presence and role undoubtedly in a way help in the smooth running of the school.
