Now I am working.

• Received, verified, and stored construction materials such as steel, tools, and electrical/mechanical, civil
supplies as per purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintained accurate inventory records using manual logs and digital inventory management systems.
• Conducted regular stock audits and reconciled discrepancies to ensure proper inventory control.
• Prepared and processed documentation such as goods receipt notes (GRNs), issue slips, and purchase
requisitions.
• Implemented FIFO/LIFO stock rotation methods to reduce wastage and optimize shelf life.
• Hazardous Material Storage plan, Maintenance and Control. MSDS Displayed for Chemicals.
• Prepare Damage & Shortage report for incorrect Received Materials.
• Ensured proper storage conditions and labeling for various materials, especially perishable or
hazardous goods.
• Prepare Quarantine material keep separate as per QC instruction.
• Supervised store assistants and laborers, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and
cleanliness standards.
• Prepare the Material Storage plan in Yard.
• Preparing MRF for the required materials.
• Safety Power tools & Electrical points are inspected / identified with appropriate color code.
• Materials are stored with in limited heights on the top shelves without obstructing fire smoke
detectors.
• Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner.
