Managing Information security for the whole group-over 25 sites and 450 users.

Significant Accomplishments:
•Lead Project Manager of the Email system migration from Google Apps to Office365 - over 500 Mailboxes.
•Lead the Windows Server upgrade from 2008 R2 to 2012 R2 for over 30 severs.
•Lead the Upgrade of firewalls of 27 sites from Juniper to SonicWALL.
•Introduced the group to a mobile plan change - unanimously adopted group wide, leading to annual savings of $30, 000 p.a.
•Implemented Helpdesk Solutions service for the whole group - over 450 users with an SLA of less than 3 hours (across high incidents/outages).
•Implemented Patch Management for the group covering over 500 users.
