USAID Preservice Teacher Education in Jordan (PRESTIJ)
-Analyzed technology capabilities and needs and established a solid infrastructure for preservice teacher education reforms at four public universities.
-Designed and implemented learning technology integration strategies that align with blended learning methodologies, inclusion standards, quality assurance and international accreditation requirements.
-Managed professional development plans for 24 educators and followed up on progress and application of learning.
-Established an alumni network of 187 professional teachers and built the strategy to drive engagement and continuous learning.

-Supported teachers transitioning to distance learning during the COVID pandemic through blogposts, teacher guides, webinars, trainings and synchronous online class support.
-Joined sales team in the renewal process representing impact and success stories.
