• Assume responsibility for compliance with the accounting requirements of the company.
• Timeliness of reporting and requests for financial information and accounting policies of the company.
• Applying the regulations and the administrative regulations of the company and maintain the confidentiality of the information.
• Guidance and control of all accounting and financial activities and the reporting activities.
• Ensure that reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts are done in a specified time.
• Preparation of monthly financial statements of the company with all the information and analysis required by the Department.

• Full charge processing of all accounts receivable and payable
• Manage and deal with all daily transactions of petty cash and office supply expense accounts
• Reconcile bank balances; record general ledger entries
• Establish customer credit lines and set up credit accounts with vendors
• receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
• Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner
• Prepare cheques for payment
