Job title: Executive Assistant - Group Chief Executive Officer
• Act as the CEO office point of contact for all administrative requests including but not limited to management of correspondence, calendars, meetings, and travel logistical arrangements etc.
• Manage and prepare the GEO's calendar including scheduling and cancellation related to the GCE0's meetings, events, conferences and teleconferencing.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for the events, engagements, meetings in which the GEO is
participating.
• Assist the GCEO in the preparation of agenda, presentations, discussion points, and supporting documents for meetings, conferences, and committees in which the GCEO participates.
• Act as the GCEO office point of contact for all administrative requests, track and follow up on the status of periodic reports submission, GCE0's requests, directions, and Board of Directors' critical circulars.
• Arrange travel itineraries and logistics for CEO's visitors and coordinate with the Protocol Assistant to ensure compliance with relevant procedures and protocol, when required.
• Develop reports and briefs about the GEO's visitors
• Develop and maintain a database and filing/archiving system for all files and records related to the GCE0's work, while ensuring compliance with procedures for the integrity and confidentiality of data and files.
• Maintain effective business relationships with the GCEO's key stakeholders in order to facilitate the coordination between them and the GCEO office.
• Undertake any other tasks/ projects assigned by the GCEO.
