Scope of Job
1- To assist Administration & Accounting Manager in internal accounts and treasury.
2- Efficient administration of the office systems and documentation.
3- To assist Sales and Marketing function as and when required.
4- Monitor PRO Transaction.
5- Monitor & Support ICT operation & upgrading.
6- Fleet Management Support.
7- Monitor Inventory Stock Level.
Duty/Responsibility
Administration
1- Booking of hotels, seminars, local transportation arrangements and any general correspondence
2- Book Flights for Staff Members
3- Managing Company Car's Schedule (Drivers)
4- Calculating Landline & Mobile Phone Bills
5- Preparing monthly visitor's report for monthly business report
6- Send Couriers, SC Magazines & New Year Greeting Cards
7- Monitor PRO Transaction (Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Registration, Company Licenses, Co. Car Registration, Non Omani Staff Formulations and Visa for Visitors)
8- Monitor & Support ICT operation & upgrading
9- Fleet Management Support
Accounts
1- Entering Slips in APOLO system
2- Closing A/C.
3- Preparing Salary Slips
4- Cash Counting
5- Preparing Annual Budget
6- Filing Slips, Vouchers and APOLO Reports
7- Arrange & Execute all Bank Transaction: Preparing Bank Documents & Application Such as (Statement, Remittance, Bank Transfer & Cash Withdrawal)
- Office administrator include HR job like (mark the attendant, and manage & order the stationary)
- take responsibilities of opening and closing the office.
- PREPARE FOR PAYMENT AFTER CHECKING THE INVOICE
- INTER THE CLAIMS IN THE SYSTEM
- MAKE UPDATE FORM RECIVING THE INVOICE UNTIL PAID TO THE DEALER
- KEEP CHEKING WITH THE RESPONSPLE PEOPLE
- FILING
- solve customer complaint and make them contentment through our policy.
- ASSIST THE claim ENGENEER
- ARRANG PAPERS TO COMPLETE PROCESS AND SEND IT TO HEAD OFFICE for approval.
