• I offered computer training to school staff when needed. I also participated, as a presenter with workshops about integrating technology in the classroom, educational web sites and Microsoft Office software, in the professional development program the school offered.

• I was responsible for evaluating and ordering the educational software for elementary school.

• I was a member of the school’s IT committee for developing computer hardware and technology usage in the school.

• I was a member of both committees preparing the life skills curriculum and developing the computer curriculum for CIS/MSA international accreditation.

• During my five years as elementary teacher, I was a member of committees that organized school events such as reading week, sports day, science fair, International day and end of year celebrations. I also designed invitation cards, certificates and events’ programs and designed PowerPoint slideshows for different school events.

• I participated in two fundraising events for school Playground equipment. I also organized and presented different workshops for western staff about Kuwaiti culture and Islam as a part of the school orientation for new staff.

• I was a member of one of the strategic planning committees that ACA started in 2005 to develop the school's system and achieve the school's mission of statement within five years.
