Currently working as project admin for EFS Oil & Gas project portfolio. This includes Schlumberger, Baker Hughes and ADNOC UAE facilities.
Preparing and completing HR systems with staff attendence by consolidating monthly reports of 200 staff.
Assisting site operations team with procurement of project related requirements. Creating PRs, coordinating with procurement team and following-up with suppliers and completing goods receipt.
Managing petty cash for site operations requirements in coordination with finance team.
Assist in preparation of client quotations for all variation work.
Maintaining various project trackers.
Coordinating complete bookings and ticketing requests for the project staff.
Support site staff with payroll related issues by coordinating with HR and finance. E.g., salary discrepancies, overtime compensation and staff allowances etc
Coordinate and manage laptop, mobile & sim requests for the site staff.
Attend projects meetings and help also record minutes.

Worked as response host at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Deployed at Mobility pavilion.
Worked and assisted in various guest management and services tasks.
Control and monitor the guest flow.
Assist around different areas and are flexible.
Ensure the safety of the visitors at all times.
Providing guests with details related to the pavilion or about Expo events.
Proactively gather and record guest’s feedback to supervisors and act upon them.
