DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing financial claims related to maintenance and operation contractor contracts.
Supervising and following up purchase orders through system for each contract. Supervising and coordinating the contractor's annual budget for each fiscal year after referring to the contract
for each
contractor.
Supervision and coordination to issue a completion certificate for all abstracts.
Supervising the registration of all financial extracts to document and refer to them when needed.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings with the maintenance sector departments to follow up on the tasks assigned to them to complete the maintenance work.
Work to prepare job descriptions and job tasks for maintenance sector management personnel. Work on requirements for measuring the performance of maintenance sector employees.
Prepare annual leave requirements for employees, and thus raising the human resources. Collect operations needs from the managers and that arise that in a timely manner and were not within the annual
budget for and work to secure them with the relevant authorities.
working with the managers on a clear strategy and work plan to determine a budget to provide / secure work
requirements (Capex and Opex) that are consistent with the company strategy. Ensure that the requirements of the maintenance sector are not duplicated with other departments of the Riyadh
Airports Company. Writing a clear business plan for maintenance payments and all departments to include plan flowchart, protocol, policies
and procedures in which tasks, responsibilities and time are defined. Archive all official documents and reports and archive them in a clear way or other documents (according to jurisdiction). Prepare list for all reports and list them according to the tasks/ description and responsibility of each employee and date
of delivery.
Overseeing and coordinating the work of the operational plan to secure the annual budget that relates to requirements.
