In this role, I was involved in a variety of tasks related to Site Reliability
Engineering (SRE) and DevOps Engineering. My responsibilities and
achievements included:
Demonstrated excellent issue resolution and troubleshooting skills to keep
production applications up and running.
Proficient in managing cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
Platform), including setting up, configuring, and maintaining cloud
environments.
Managed and configured cloud environments using AWS and GCP,
optimizing resource utilization and scalability.
Automated deployment and configuration processes using Ansible, reducing
manual errors and improving efficiency.
Monitored and analyzed application and host performance using Dynatrace,
detecting and resolving issues, and optimizing system stability.
Implemented a process restart mechanism for Mulesoft applications using
Ansible, preventing application hang states and enhancing reliability.
Created ansible playbook to provision multiple instances on GCP,
streamlining cloud infrastructure management.
Administered Linux servers, ensuring system security and uptime.
Deployed Dynatrace OneAgent, AppDynamics All Agents, and ELK Elastic
Agent using Ansible automation.
Analyzed application logs using Logstash, identifying and troubleshooting
errors and anomalies.
Learned the basics of Docker and Jenkins, expanding my skill set and
knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
Monitored network performance, ensuring optimal connectivity and
bandwidth
