- Optima & SAP: Process all charter bookings/ leave requests. -Arranging accommodation for transit, duty and course with Travel, Abu Dhabi. Arranging accommodation for visitors & new recruit employees' on Das. -Monitor daily flights to avoid no show and ensure the smooth travel of all the employees. Monitor high leave debits of employees. -Coordinate with Aviation officers for daily flight operations . -Reporting (Monthly, weekly). -Near miss reporting and safety suggestion to achieve zero LTI.
