Currently Working for OCS since 2017 in contract with Petroserv Semi Sub as the Rig mechanic, Handling 9 Ruston 12RK3C Generators, 4 Caterpillar 3516 Aux Engines and 1 Emergency 3512 Engine and all small and big maintenance for the Rig floor equipment’s and PMS.
Nature of Job. :
Carryout day to day servicing and maintenance of equipment’s as per OEM guideline, follow the Preventive Maintenance checklist of Equipment’s of CAT Engines D3516 and Ruston engines 12RK3C / DS 4S / Mud Pump-National Oilwell, Draw works & Hydraulic Brake System of Draw works replacing the Caliper Disk / Iron roughneck AR 3200M Replacing motors, cylinders and complete servicing, 3 cranes electric/ Fresh water generators-Alfa Laval Dolphin 20/ Koomey cad independent unit- pressure Rating 10000psi/ OWS/ BOP-Hydrill MSP, Handling Ingersoll Rand 25 tons each BOP stack 10000 psi double Ram preventer with Mud cross Preventers, and all the other Pumps.
Making of Daily / weekly and monthly Inspection reports of PMS online as per the AMOS system.
