* Provision of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to all field staff and putting of safety signs both in English and Urdu Languages on the project working area.
* Ensure, all the required safety and security barricades are available on project site and vehicles are equipped with fire extinguishers and first aid kits presence will be the must.
* Ensure required lightening system is in place and all the arrangements according to the weather condition in project work area are in place to protect workers, staff, vehicles and machineries.
* Ensure emergency communication mechanism and prompt rescue and evacuation and provision of medical treatment in case of any accident occurrence.
* Checking and ensuring that toilets, hand washing facilities, and waste bins are in proper locations.
* Cleaning of the project working area on daily basis, ensuring that all the employees, labor, drivers and vehicles passes properly authorized IDs for the access to the project working area.
* Having a safe and appropriate storage of all the materials, equipment.
* Protection of existing vegetation, structures, equipment, utilities.
* Develop prompt accident notifications and reports and provide them within set timeframe to all the concerned staff.
* Give training of staff and workers as per APP.
* He will be present full time at the project site and ensures that all the employees and labor strictly observe safety rules and regulations.
* He is authorized to take/recommend disciplinary actions against the violators of safety rules and regulations.
* Ensure the proper PPE are followed on the Site.
