· To Provide technical support with specialized equipment to the Oil and Gas Industry in Pakistan
· Arrange equipment’s as per job requirement from customer
· Performed bucking jobs on Rig-site and yard for casing completion assemblies Maintenance of the equipment’s. JAM unit, Power unit, Power Tongs, FMS, Air operated equipment’s (Spider slips, Elevators, bowl) & manual handling tools.
· Use of Power tong FARR, Clincher
(3.5”, 5.500”, 7.625”, 14”-50k, 20”-50k, 25”)
· Provide complete solution of tubing Or Casing jobs at rig site
(24-1/2”, 18-5/8”, 13-3/8”, and 9-5/8”).
· Safety Trainings (H2S, PPE, FIRE FIGHTING, HANDLING & LIFTING, RIGGING & SLINGING, DRUG & ALCOHOL, WORK AT HEIGHT & PERMIT TO WORK).
· Loading, offloading of materials & maintain records.
· Handle sourcing responsibilities.
· IT troubleshooting, Jam unit connecting network Printer, PC & software updates.
· Perform best practices on Rig floor as per customer Requirement.
· Provide weekly report, forecast report to my Supervisor & management.
· Keeping Quality Standards on top.
( IT Troubleshooting, Pre Sales Services) etc Giving continuous accurate and relevant feedback to company Directors and Senior
Manager.
Reviewing existing contracts and looking for growth opportunities.
Bringing together necessary resources to deliver on client objectives.
Ensuring that the sales database is always up to date and accurate.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies and plans.
Ensuring that proper procedures and practices are in place so that maximum

• Responsible of Daily monitoring and generation of plant production reports
• PLC fault-monitoring and troubleshooting
• Installation of CEMAT: SIMATIC PCS 7 Software package
• Support for Inter and Intra-Office Networks i.e. Plant and Marketing
• Hands on Experience on PLC, DCS, CEMAT based configuration & Programming software
• Monitoring and ensuring generation of a Weekly report of areas of interest of the cement plant in a graphical/trend view, depicting plant activity and enabling pin-pointing of problems
• Carrying out changes in logic as per day to day requirement and programming for new equipment added to existing setup
• Maintaining ready stock of all the items required for smooth functioning of PLC and I.T System through raising indents and dealing with the Purchase Department for technical support with the vendors
• Managing and monitoring support for hardware and software installations and maintenance at Plant and Marketing Office
Provides a sound foundation and builds the skills and competence of the participants in the field of Quality Assurance (QA).
