- Interchanged over 350 MV substations from the old control system LS2000 (Redal’s project).
- Optimised the used telecommunication solutions: Leased Line, GSM, GPRS, and Analog Radio.
- Established Siprotec relays and IEC61850 protocol communication and commissioning of 2 Local control command system 33/11KV in Abuja -Nigeria (SICAM230 & SICAM1703) (≈ 0.2 Mio EUR).
- Installed the new electrical control center for REDAL (Rabat - Morocco) (≈ 1.2 Mio EUR).
- Extension of RAK’s MV tele-control system at Kenitra-Morocco (≈ 0.5 Mio EUR).
- Installed Amendis Tetouan and Tangier’s control centers (≈ 3 Mio EUR). Directed cabinets installation’s work and management of local team, led the change requests in coordination with the Project Manager.
