The Modern Time Machine for Import & Export

The Time Machine is fully dedicated for the import and distribution of pop culture collectibles, being the official distributor of Funko, Inc. (a US innovator of licensed pop culture products).
Description: With passion and perseverance, I employed my expertise and co-founded The Time Machine to be a pioneer in the pop culture industry, an industry that is yet to exist in Jordan. The company is specialized in international import and wholesale distribution of various entertainment merchandise and pop culture collectibles.
Partnering with Funko, Inc. as the official distributor in Jordan, and managing the business operations of the company comes with many challenges. My core duties revolve around achieving sustainability and growth for the business, as efficiently as possible in conjunction with the economic status of the region.
Hawras offered a very challenging work environment, at which my responsibilities fell under two categories:
Strategic Management: as a Commercial Manager at Hawras, I led and/or participated in the development and management of the company structure and operations, trade policies, import and distribution procedures, pricing and financial analysis, regulatory compliance, performance indicators, company identity, marketing procedures and digital marketing, and data management procedures.
Project Management: as a Project Manager at Hawras I was responsible for maintaining the portfolios of multiple accounts (Brands of International Manufacturers), creating business plans and product training programs, develop marketing and sales strategies, hold relevant meetings and presentations with involved parties, organize market surveys and analyze relevant data, setup pricing schemes and quotation structures, manage international trade operations including import and distribution, handle relevant financial instruments (LCs, Insurance Policies, Bank Guarantees/Bonds, …etc.), and supervise the execution of contracts under certain terms and conditions.

Varian Medical (Oncology & Radiotherapy), Smith & Nephew (Orthopedic Recon, Trauma, ENT), Vygn (Anesthesia, Vascular access, Emergency), Sophysa (Hydrocephalus treatment), Urotech GmbH(Urology accessories), Eurosets Medical (Cardiopulmonary Bypass)…And other brands in the field of surgical instruments, spinal implants, operation theater products, imaging equipment, and laboratory equipment.
