 Conducting Project Feasibilities and Business Innovation for Personal care & Foods Project.
 Supporting PC & Food categories through Financial Profitability analysis (Gross Margin Evaluation, Promotion ROI Assessment …)
 Monitoring the Business Performance of Personal care & Food per Category, Brand, Sku and per country and providing recommendation to improve GM% and identifying Value Destroyer,
 Assisting LT Team on decision Making through deep Business Analysis as ( Benchmarking Studies Vs Competitors, Product Cost Analysis, Saving Project Proposal and impact Studies …)
 Monitoring of the ROMI & A&P spend (Return on Marketing investment )
