As an Inside Sales Representative, I am responsible for managing the commercial process within the After-Sales Department, specifically in the Spare Parts Division, across two key business lines:

- Construction Equipment: heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, crushers, and other earthmoving solutions
- Power Systems: industrial and standby generator sets, energy production and backup power solutions

Key responsibilities:
▪ Handling client requests and preparing accurate technical and commercial offers for spare parts
▪ Managing the complete sales process for parts: preparing quotations, issuing invoices, and maintaining precise records
▪ Providing technical guidance to help clients identify and select the right Caterpillar spare parts and components
▪ Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and service teams to ensure availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction
▪ Supporting customer loyalty and business growth through upselling of maintenance kits, service contracts, and complementary solutions
