- Establish operational priorities to guide the different project activities.
- Deliver presentations and briefings to customer and senior management team.
- Develop and monitor implementation strategies with project schedules and plans.
- Apply successful project management techniques to enable project delivery within budget and time constraints.
- Lead and motivate project team to meet and exceed project KPIs.
- Report project status and financial updates to stakeholders and project owners.
- Review performance Vs targets, identify and manage risks and opportunities.

- Participate in procurement process for suppliers Bidding, Selection, Qualification, Negotiation and On-Boarding.
- Define strategic suppliers and suggest them to the different Projects.
- Analyze suppliers monthly & annually Evaluation & Performance.
- Manage supplier’s implementation, progress, quality & EHS.
- Supervise supplier's payment process & insure the coordination with project team.
- Department team leader & supervisor of admin, HR & Finance assistants.
- Provide the status reports to stakeholders and project’s owners.
- Set up and manage functions covering plan, tracking and progress reporting.
- Insure quality management and internal communication.
- Manage “my team performance” (MTP) tool to track the teams daily plan, location, progress, punch card & generate their timesheets
- Create PR/ SPR for tools and materials according to the project's needs.
- Coordinate between suppliers and finance department for receiving, submitting and accepting the purchase orders and invoices.
- Track & record the whole process PR/ PO till the closure of supplier's payment.
- Provide friendly, attentive service by promptly responding to customer enquiries and processing order requests.
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions to promote continued customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
- Monitor and supervise staff operations to take, serve and clear orders promptly.
- Organize and maintain work shifts to acquire complete workforce and smooth schedule.
