Job Role:
 Now I am working in Hot end as a process technician in continue process, furnace, tin bath, annealing lehr is including in hot end department
 My responsibility is Produce float glass under production target with the use of Assist Direct stress machine & maintains tin bath process with the use of different cooling & heating system.
 Also maintain annealing Lehar (systematic cooling) with the use of indirect & direct cooing & make continuous glass ribbon without crystallization &minimum breakage & sent to cutting room.
 Coating plant operation which is fully automatic DCS plant to make batch for online coating process.
 I worked in cutting line also as a cold end controller, my responsibility was check equipment, calibration of x and Y cutter, edge trim setting, , W-applicator spray setting & after make the production plan, throughout shift
