Deliverables:
Identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy, cultivating the company’s reputation in the market & with customers and suppliers. Managing multi-disciplined teams and resolving any conflicting priorities. Improving margins and maintaining a high quality service to clients. Reviewing, refining and developing the strategy and direction of the company. Building client relationship that result in revenue and profitability growth. Responsible for the company’s Health& Safety and legislative adherence. Creating and maintaining links with other trade and professional associations.


Contributions:
•Developed market share by adding new projects based on technical capabilities and client support.
•Supplied materials for 2 stadiums out of 9 built all over State of Qatar to host 2022 World Cup.
