Leading multiple GES+ Projects for Aramco In various locations in the Kingdom
Our responsibility in KBR
o Monitor project progress, schedule, delivery, and direct team actions to successfully achieve established budgetary and contractual target
o Identify the project Risk & provide the proposal to solve and /or mitigate.
o Identify, analyze, and resolve significant commercial and technical issues related to the project.
o Conceptual design Front and Engineering design (FEED)
Project cost estimate, Details design, Field Engineering, monitoring for the progress of preparation of procedure and quality, and/or construction for integration of technical content, and schedule activity. And procurement.
o Generate Project Milestone, deliverables, site activities, TAM & After TAM, pre FAT & FAT, SAT till close out the project.
o Design criteria, drawing standards and conventions, and design guidelines
o Manage all Engineering staff to make sure they provide engineering details in the proper way.
o Responsible for applying project plans and specifications for Constructability, productivity and improvement.
o Provides consultation and guidance to large and complex projects as required.
o Provides technical direction and administrative guidance to staff involved in the development and application of innovative and unique construction methodologies required by projects. Manage multiple mega project

o Works closely with the Planning group, Project Operations Manager, and Site Managers to set the priorities of construction activities, resolve clashes and maximize completion of scope.
o Input to the Service Orders for Basic Engineering, Detailed Design and Construction Supervision services
o Management and coordination for PMT team.
o Engineering and design data review.
o Incorporate existing design data, drawings, and specifications
o Engineering Standards, Material and Performance Specifications, and Vendor lists.
o Leads reviews of all contractors’ drawings, standards, specifications, lists and calculations, Engineers Estimates and Bills of Quantity in accordance with the procedures.
o Attend Periodic and Design Review Meetings
o provide services which include the management of design and construction team activities, process installations, coordination of utility and infrastructure and contingency construction
