Operational Risk Management Division
o Roles and Responsibilities
• Robust Incident Management pertaining root cause analysis, evidence collection, business streamlining and control-based remediation.
• Implement Enterprise Incident Management model for enriching the risk culture, transparency, timely collaboration, control improvement and implementation.
Business Continuity Division
o Roles and Responsibilities
• Act as incident and crisis member
• Address and manage relevant SAMA, Audit, Risk, Compliance requirements.
• Conduct all technical BIA data gathering and documentation.
• Manage the creation and delivery of DR infrastructure and applications to meet business requirements.
• Deliver training to business teams (where required) to ensure that all staff have relevant skills required to support BCM and risk, compliance activities.
• Arrange with business team & IT for the testing and validation of DR & BCP.
• Liaison with business teams to identify technical gaps and BCP requirements and address it to IT.
o Key Accomplishments
• Setup a new additional recovery site for 90 concurrent seats.
• Prepared 3 branches to be used as recovery site for staff who cannot reach headquarter during pandemic.
Audit Division
o Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare and implement annual regional audit assessment.
• Identify audit finding and offer recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
• Ensure audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process and SAMA regulations.
• Communicate assigned tasks to responsible teams clear and concise to assure having accurate, valuable and effective results.
• Collaborate with business owner to discuss audit and internal controls issues.

• Participated in audit program development, checklists, risk assessments which saved audit team time and efforts
IT System and Production Division
o Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage IT Disaster Recovery Plan for bank services and applications.
• Performed Disaster Recovery Exercises across all bank applications.
• Coordinate between different IT teams to build DR services along with responsibility matrix.
• Ensure the implementation and readiness of all DR infrastructure services according to business requirements.
• Establish IT Disaster Recovery services integration.
• Define, develop and write standards IT DR Policy and Procedure.
• Develop and manage IT DR exercise activities and scenarios Runbook.
• Provide the management with a monthly report state (performance, Service Availability).
• Act as Project manager to develop and implement DR automation switching & management solution.
o Key Accomplishments
• Award of the year 2013 from Credit Agricole (CA-CIB) worldwide BCP.
• Complete the implementation of the disaster recovery applications for all Mission critical and Critical applications based on the BIA for the year 2011.
• Participated in the relocation project for the disaster recovery Datacenter from Riyadh to Jeddah.
Enterprise System Management (ESM) Section
o Roles and Responsibilities
• Enhanced the system to monitor ATM switch, machines service and availability and replenishment process.
• Developed & implement policies to monitor production servers & critical applications.
• Administrant and managed BMC performance manager with all its components.
• Developed Digital Dashboards to present online data availability and statistics of Bank services & ATM.
• Developed the required reports for the ATM business & the Bank services.
o Key Accomplishments
• Identified ATM major issues which successfully increase ATM availability from 70% to above 90%.
Storage & Backup Section
o Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage Storage Services including support for the external devices e.g. IBM system (DS8100), StorageTek (FLX380) and Hitachi (USP V) and SAN environment.
• Upgrading and administration Backup Management System.
o Key Accomplishments
• Participated in the migration project Hitachi USPV Storage.
Network and Systems Division
o Roles and Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot network problems and provide solutions.
• Setup and configure Network devices and Servers.
• Supervise network cabling teams of 9 members.
• Administrate the Daily Active Directory.
• Providing Electronic Attendance System Hardware & Software infrastructure.
o Key Accomplishments
• Involved in the Network documentation project.
• Participated in the Network upgrade project for the Hospital.
• Participated in various Server Implementation projects and datacenter upgrade project.
