Define the organization structure & Departments in STC.

Provide expert advice in developing and integrating
process and information models between processes to eliminate information, process and redundancies.
Track issues and defects with team members.
Since November 2014 I have held a Policy & procedure analyst in Policies & Procedures Department - Operations Management- ARAB BANK PLC - Head Office, Amman AL- Shmeisani.
•Manage modeling of Arab Bank global processes, policies and procedures (P&P) in, and the related Operations documentation Aris BPM tool while maintaining an updated categorization of such processes, policies and procedures at the Head Office and the countries.
•Ensure all processes flows, policies, and procedures are updated and approved on a timely manner by internal operations and external stakeholders.
•Collaborate with business sponsors to promote BPM capability and adoption through the enterprise; work with the project management team to set-up BPM reviews, track project life cycle metrics and drive for continual improvement.
•Support the sub-division BPM leads in establishing their practices and ensure successful design reviews.
Main Project:
•Business Process Management Revamp.
•Researching best practices, evaluating and mapping existing processes “as is” processes and redesigning them to achieve better efficiency through Aris BPM tool.
• Reviews the process performance measures for validity or develops and assists with the implementation of new ones.

My responsibilities:
•Gathering & Analyzing Process Requirements, Design Process Flows, and Develop Process Documentations in ARIS BPM tool ( 7.1& 7.2&9.5)
•Models the current state (As-Is) & future state (To-Be) of business processes.
•Develops Process Documentations and insures to stay up-to-date in conjunction with on-going changes
