. Ensures efficient running of support survives within the approved budgetary guidelines by identifying & prioritizing the needs for manpower for allocated roles.
. Supports Manager, corporate Service in successfully implementing Administration Plan and strategy and optimizing costs to ensure adherence to plans.
. Plans, organizes, implements and controls schedules and work programs to be followed by the drivers with allocated, documented & maintained vehicles to encore that each assigned job is deliver as targeted & established standards are met.
. Ensures optimum utilization of Company cars to provide uninterrupted support service to all the functions at all the offices of company
. Ensures through administrative coordinator that registration, insurance & renewal for all the company vehicles are done on time.
. Manages through Administrative Coordinator a variety of Government service which include S T C, Postal Services to ensure provision of telephone &and fax lines, mobile lines NOC S etc .for company offices in advance to allow work to proceed unhindered.
. Manages through Administrative Coordinator shipment of personal effects of incoming outgoing and transferred employees.
. Manages through office Assistants at various office company mails. Internal & external, and its on time delivery to the assigned.
. Manage trough administrative assistant catering for staff. Evens and meetings.

The primary function is to procure materials, supplies, equipment and services that represent the best value and provide for open and competitive bidding in the procurement of goods and services wherever practicable, while taking into consideration factors such as life-cycle cost, delivery, and quality in addition to price. Procurement Support Coordinator

* Coordinate with custom clearing agent for prompt clearance and delivery.
* In case of non-receipt of original documents prepare shipping guarantee application and submit to bank.
* Requesting finance department for funds required for: custom duty, port clearance, transportation etc.
* Maintenance of proper records for quantity imported.
* Ensure that all shipments cleared within the specified norms.
* Maintain records of consignments cleared on custom duty deposit for refund.
* Secure customs duty exemption and renewing It every year.
* Follow - up with customs authorities for refund of custom duty.
* Issue weekly shipment clearance status report.
* Obtain short landing certificates through clearing agent in as cf shortages.
* To maintain confidentiality of the procurement transaction.
* Any other duties assigned by the superiors.
* Evaluating the Material Order List, and Procurement Request Form, raise by production, maintenance, and other concerns before launching the RFQ
* Seeking offers from suppliers (Local & Int'l.)
* Preparation of Tabulation of Quotations.
* Closing fails And maintain M R R
* Follow-up with the orders to secure the materials.
* Before, I use to acquire steel raw materials from the market.
