• Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management system of joint organization (Misfits Market + Imperfect Foods)
• Lead the rollout of new process technologies such as encryption, 2FA, workflow automation, etc.
• Manage entire lifecycle of MacBook users including deployment and maintaining software, responding to security threats, manage packages and scripts, and analyzing inventory data using JamfPro and Addigy.
• Manage and configure all users, groups, and Windows devices of the organization using Jump Cloud such as running commands, run/apply policies to user and device groups, manage MDM settings, etc.
• Various application support and admin access management such as Mode, Figma, Segment, Celigo, Confluence, Asana, Slack, LastPass, 1Password, SalesForce, KnowBe4 Phishing, Crowdstrike Falcon, Heap Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, Postman API, Ethyca, MS Office, G-Suite, Apple Business Manager, NetSuite, etc.
• Manage IT asset and service desk ticketing system using FreshService

• Serving as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students seeking assistance with computer-related problems
• Helping customers activate their NetID and services and assist with password changes
• Assisting full-time staff with special projects or tasks when needed
• Creating Help Desk tickets or relaying messages to full-time staff and performing any standard basic troubleshooting procedures
• Enforcing appropriate usage of the lab, software, and other computing resources according to Rutgers and OIT policies

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environment including network hardware, systems software, and configuration to ensure network availability to all system users.
• Monitor system performance in production environment and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed
• Communicate with clients to understand specific system requirements
• Working closely with client success, technical writers, retention marketing specialist and other internal stakeholders
• Assist with resolving problems reported by end users and utilize ServiceNow to manage end user requests, reported problems, and server alerts.
• Work on challenging IT projects that have direct impact on success of team and the company.
