 Capable to execute and carry out effectively preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, break down maintenance and shut down maintenance.
 Carried out maintenance of smelter carbon plant electrical equipments like belt conveyors, screw conveyors, power roller conveyors, grouping conveyors, degrouping conveyors, elevators, bucket elevators, Vibrators.
 Experienced to carry out maintenance of MCC’s with different types of motor starters, motor managers, Feeder manager, SMP and PQM.
 Worked on AC drives and frequency controllers such as of ABB, Allen Bradley, Reliance, Danfoss, Toshiba, and Tele-mechanic.
 Effectively carried out maintenance of 11KV Ball Mill Main drive, 450V DC Kneader Motor (Paste Mixer).
 Conducted maintenance Baking Kiln Fume Treatment Plant and auxiliary equipments.
 Monitor any repeated breakdown and takes proper modification to resolve the problem.
 Familiarized with SAP and AS 400 maintenance system.
 Experienced on AC and DC motor maintenance.
 Able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.
 Hands on Experience in Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC 500, PLC 5, ControlLogix 5000).
 Worked with various types of starter controls such as DOL, Star Delta, and Slip Ring Resistor Bank etc.
 Familiarized with SAP and AS 400 maintenance system, creating different types of notification, ordering the spare parts from warehouse and maintaining records of all maintenance work completed.
 Familiarized with different types of permit to work systems.
 Holding RCA & RCFA brain storms sessions to come out from the repeated break downs and problems.
 Adopted to work high temperature and dirty environment.
 Maintained the high house keeping standards for MCC’s and work place.
 Exposed to carry out the task with multi cultural team.
 Well aware of the Health, Safety, Occupational and environmental Hazards of carbon plants.
