Cash Management, Treasury Control, Bank reconciliation, cash flow, bank functions, Project costing, project progress report, Maintain receivables & payables account, fixed assets control, Inventory Control, ERP posting PV, RV & Jv, Ledger month end closing, MIS report, Generate Trila balance & Balance sheet, attend external Auditor and prepare draft financial statements & all other related work of accounts, finance & HR Admin
Treasury Management, Bank Position, Bank reconciliation, Bank Functions, Banking Facilities, Budget and cash flow, Payroll Management, Receivables and Payable accounts, Inventory and Assets Control, Internal Audit, MIS reports, Generate Trial Balance and Balance sheet, Annual Audit report review and submit for Management approval.
Daily sales Monitor & Deposit, PDC control, Bank Loans, Verification of Purchase order, Delivery note and Invoices, Supplier contract review, correspondence with Bank and Travel agents, Insurance company and other suppliers,
Project costing and progress report, Cost Control on labour supply, Equipment hiring, Sub contractors payments, Monitor Properties revenue, operation cost, maintenance and Insurance, Camp maintenance and catering services
and all other related work
