Encoded information for preparation of the PALLS’ data bank, and monitoring of the progress of implementation
Development of data collection mechanisms in order to facilitate analysis and preparation of reports.
Consolidation of information for annual reporting as required by the project leaders.
Development of statistical data on the project
Maintaining and updating an assessment recording system which tracks the progress of learners, performance of teachers, and effectiveness of the curriculum
Updated PALLS database
Printing ready curriculum and teachers guides using the in page typing software
Typing and proof reading support to the ISM sub committee in preparing and finalizing the Literacy Curriculum, Literacy Teachers Guides, etc
Assistance in the planning and monitoring of programme workshops and meetings.
Assistance in the compilation of the PALLS data, consolidation and updating the

Prepare Cash Payment Vouchers after checking & verification Bills.
Purchase of Stationary/ Office Supplies & Procurement of Assets with Approval of DPO.
Maintain Leave Record of Personnel and Update Personnel Data,
Responsible for Mail in & Out and proper record of Mail.
Maintain & update of Stock, Assets & Attendance Registers.
Responsible for overall office

Enters the receipts in the MIS or the recovery ledgers.
Checking of Credit Cases, Recovery Receipts & Cash Closing for Field Units.
Record the Disbursement in the MIS and Extract Reports.
Prepare Credit Cheques.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
Checking of Credit Cases, Recovery Receipts & Cash Closings from Fus.
Reporting the credit at the regional Level.
Responsible for Mail in & out and proper record of Mail.
Prepare Cash Payment Vouchers after checking.
To keep cash in safe and perform custodian function.
Maintain Leave Record of Personnel and Update Personnel Data,
Reporting the Personnel Data at the district Level.
To maintain cash book for recording cash received and paid on Daily basis.
To maintain the office record and reporting to Project Manager and delivery of effective, needs- driven education/training to Manager. To operate photo copying and fax letters and internet messages for main office.
Support to social organizers for community and school management committees.
Support to management in arranging files and documentation.
Administrative support for office record keeping
Support to resource mobilization
Facilitation of information/data building and sharing
Development of printing and composing the training literature.
