• Maintains other necessary formats and commodity records such as stack cards, damaged commodity records etc.
• Prepare and submits to the main office all necessary report as per field office policies and procedures
• Prepare the DSMR and share with World Food Program
• Reports include commodity loss reports, security related reports such as break-ins and theft cases.
• Prepare internal way bills and receive requisition from distribution supervisor
• Materials in Stock, Materials in Transit, Dispatch/Release of Materials
Reporting
• Issue the commodities as per demand by the distribution team
• Work under the administrative control of Area Development Manager and with support services from the field office will mobilize team members in responding to the community needs for effective and in time implementation of project activities.
• Gather field activities progress status and consolidate them after verification for sharing among ADM and LM for reference and record. Similarly help in preparing other periodic and project completion reports of the activities done.
• Will initiate procurement of goods and services under the ceiling at field office level.
• Facilitate and supervise respective team member roles as Ag-trainer, SMs and micro enterprises grant officer for implementation of livelihoods restoration project activities by WVP. These activities will help assist affected communities in meeting their household food security with restoring agricultural production cycles and enhancing non-farm income generation activities.
I have done my masters from Common Wealth Of Learning Canada in affiliation of AIOU Islamabad. Bachelor in Commerce from University Of Hazara. Got DIT ( Diploma Information Technology) from Board of Technical Education Peshawar.
