• Collect all T&I input recommendations; work lists from the OME team and assemble them together in an organized scope of work.
• Study Review and Fully Understand the Turnaround Job Scope.
• Ensure internal orders, notifications and work orders (PM-03) are initiated as per the SAP workflow requirements pertaining to the T&I work.
• Scope challenging with OME( Operation Maintenance & Engineering)
• External Scope challenging ( With all affiliates of Saudi Aramco)
• Scope Optimization, Freezing and Finalization of Scope
• Ensure all scopes from all parties are consolidated in one T&I scope.
• Ensure the planned scope meets the EIS schedule.
• Scope contracts and Cost Estimation.
• Planning phases/Charter preparation for completion of each gated process.
• Ensure preparation of detailed T&I schedules in the Critical Path Diagrams form and simple bar charts or with electronic scheduling software, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Ensure shutdown and startup details activities are incorporated in the Primavera schedule, including the systems and equipment release schedule.
• Determine the required manpower using the computerized program and the manpower leveling from the available electronic software planning program.
• Coordinate for the timely completion of pre-shutdown work, such as the prefabrication of new piping sections, or the re-tubing of heat exchangers, etc.
• Ensure contractor awareness of the T&I final schedule.
• Turnaround Job Execution on site
• Develop the “daily progress report” for senior management during execution.
• Final close out (Acceptance Meeting & final closure )

• Study Review and fully understand Job packages content and work scope within the area.
• Study of Saudi Aramco & Dow Standard procedure/codes for Maintenance of Static & Rotating Equipment
• Scope challenging & Meeting with Plant Operation, Maintenance Team and AID/QC team before considering the job.
• Prepare, review and verify Job packages (Job Method statement, BOM, Scaffolding, Insulation, blind list, lifting procedure, Bolting, JSA)& complete study of P&IDS and Isometric Drawing related to Job.
• Preparation of scope change form (Addition, deletion & change of existing scope)and its reports
• Perform Job walk / site verification to ensure job packages are fully complete and satisfactory.
• Identify/review require material Identify resource and equipment requirement.
• Identify critical path for the equipment /area
• Understand worst case scenario and mitigation plan to control any bad actor.
• Plan and lead his specific area team to meet the target set.
• To create the contingency plan for critical equipment.
• To ensure all the task in his area are scheduled properly.
• Details plan for each job including the crane requirement for lifting activities.
• Working closely with Material Coordinator to ensure all ordered materials are according to specification and delivered on schedule and its updates

• Handle the preparation of Job Packages which include Detail Activity Breakup, Job Safety Analysis/RA, P&IDs, WPS, and Repair Procedures, Inspection reports and Drawings.

Plant Shutdown Management & Shutdown Monitoring, Preparation of Project Base Plan (Scheduling) using Primavera P6 Version 6.0 Monitored project schedule and efficiently arranged for resources on time and accordingly executed order as per schedules.-Preparing Daily Reports, Weekly reports and Monthly management review reports. Follow up and co-ordination with procurement Department for timely delivery of requisite materials

* 3 months Project Internship Training in Mechanical Maintenance workshop North-Eastern Railway Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh (INDIA). * Diploma in Mechanical Auto Cad 2006 (CADD Centre Training Services), Ghaziabad design Software passed with A Class. *Final Year Project on “Design and manufacturing of GO-KART” *Selected as Best Contributor and won prize during internship from workshop North-Eastern Railway.
