* MANAGING A TEAM OF 5
o Monthly Management account and Variance analysis
o Quarterly Statement of Financial Position for both internal and external (Bank) purpose
o Monthly Vehicle Ordering vis-à-vis Letter of Credit Facility available
o Yearly Cash Flow Forecast
o Monthly Receivable and payable report
• Responsible for Financial operations, including working capital, capex, debt levels, budget and general accounting
• Responsible for annual Statement of Financial Position Preparation and timely submission
• Liaise with External Auditors for annual audit function
• Liaise with Financial Institution on timely renewal of Facilities and assess the adequacy of the facility
• Analyze Cash Flow, cost control and expenses to guide management
• Establish, improve and maintain proper processes and procedures for changing environment
• Ensure records are maintained according to the generally accepted auditing standard
• Responsible for ensuring of Statutory compliance at all time
• Payroll maintenance and management and preparation
• Interact with divisional heads to provide consultative support and advise for planning and budgeting
• Develop account and admin Staffs to the required level
• Forex management and hedging
