Configuring implementing and troubleshooting skill on trunking protocol, Vlans, private
Vlan’s, VTP, STP & Port security. Creation of Layer-2 & layer-3 ether channels
Design, setup and configure complex switching environments
installation and Configuration of windows server 2012 and windows server 2019 on dell
servers and HP servers
Maintaining Windows Domain Controller and Creating/Deleting User’s Profile.
Installation and Configuration Windows 10/11 to all laptops.

Devices Installation and deployment different vendor’s switches & WIFI Routers.
Active Directory and Server Cluster DHCP, DNS Web Services and Network Load Balancing.

Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, CCTV and phones
Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy
Communicate and translate technical information to non-technical end users; maintain
communication and monitor incident through resolution.
Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and
administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed
Handle inbound and outbound technical calls and provide the technical support needed to
customers.
Handling all domain and email troubleshooting and support.
Install, Configure, and test installed hardware and software on new or existing devices, in
accordance with standard procedures.
Maintenance, implementation, troubleshooting, and end-user support for applications.
Work well with geographically diverse teams and users
Own issues through resolution, escalating to appropriate support member/team when
necessary
Keep leadership apprised of issues, status, and resolution, escalating when necessary.
Set up equipment for employee use, performs or ensures proper installation of cables,
operating systems, mobile devices, or appropriate software
Maintain records of trouble tickets, daily data communication transactions, problems and
remedial actions taken, or installation activities
Read technical manuals, confers with users, or conducts computer diagnostics to investigate
and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
Day to day management of back office task's (network monitoring, anti- virus, deployment,
servers, update and patching )
I have a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a GPA of 3.53 from the Agriculture University in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
