Job Descriptions-
•Preparing the project plan from beginning to end & develop it as per project conditions.
•Manage and instruct the assigned workforce in the undertaking of their allocated work to meet the defined time schedules and quality.
•Monitor the manpower budget, planning of the allocated manpower requirements in accordance with the factory & projects requirements.
•Work with the Contract Manager in preparing and submit for consideration all material samples and specifications in accordance with the contract and company’s policies & procedures
•Monitor the Project Scope, ensuring that any on-site variation requests are reported.
•Coordinate with Contract Manager and oversee any on-site production and installation, including the protection of installed items from damage.
•Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed for projects.
•Closely liaise with the Design, Cutting list, Planning, Procurement and Commercial departments.
•Preparing of specifications and bill of quantities for suppliers/procurement departments.
•Experience in Fire rated Door certifications through BM TRADA..
