* Job description:
1. Motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales target (orange cash & services)
2. Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
3. Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
4. Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
5. Supervise the promoters sales team.
☆Lead and follow up SIS employees (promoters) and distributing tasks.
•Work to solve assigned POSs problems with orange by mail.
•Ensure quality of PoSs database and submit relevant reports.
•Reporting system (daily & monthly & requested).
•Achieve the orange products and services set target.
•Ensure quality of sales at Poss and solving problems.
•Develop existing Pos to be larger accounts.
•Expand our PoSs network to achieve targeted number of POSs.
•Ensure that our products are on shelf at every POS.
•Monitor prices according to the market situation.
•Develop awareness of POS at the right time regarding promotions.Products, services, prices, etc...
•Work to save orange Sign at my area.
•Interact with the POS management in assigned area, typically through.
•Physical visits on a weekly basis.
•Distribute orange merchandizing & info at my area.
•Insure that all POSs at my area have orange service.
•Work with all coded POSs to be active on orange system.
•Solve all PoSs eligibility problem at my area.
•NO of POSs & active POSs at my area.
Achievements:
launch of the Orange Cash service in Kafr El-Sheikh and establishment of a sales network, which led to the transformation of sales from zero to one million pounds.
