• Managed the edible oil fortification component within the comprehensive UK Government funded Food Fortification Programme, ensuring effective implementation, adherence to project timelines, and comprehensive reporting to donor agencies.
• Designed and executed the induction process for edible oil mills into the project, developed and signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with millers and public sector food regulatory bodies for effective collaboration and fortification adoption.
Capacity Building & Training Innovation
• Designed capacity-building training modules targeting millers and regulatory personnel, focusing on fortification processes, quality assurance, and control, and conducted nationwide training sessions for public and private sector stakeholder for country wide impact.
• Introduced and implemented rapid qualitative and quantitative testing methodologies for fortified oils, streamlining quality assessment processes and ensuring standardized fortified product quality.
Policy Advocacy & Impact Assessment
