My responsibilities are to maintain all the visa and government department documentation work.
To co-ordinate with head office/landlord office
Arrange all the records which are linked with head office /landlord office.
Manage all the data regarding Residents and report to HO.
Room preparation of upcoming employees.
Co-ordinate with Human Resources in regard to facilities and regulation for employees living in the camp
Look after the extreme cleaning needs in kitchen& rest areas.
Arrange all the data which is required by all the Government department such as Dubai Municipality, Civil defense, Labor department, Water and sewerage departments, pest control, health and hygiene department,
Follow up & maintain all the certificates require by all the above mentioned departments
Weekly closing of petty cash taken for visa process.
Prepare the documents required for any court agreements between owner and sponsor.
All necessary course of action for above mention work for any department.
Renewal of trade licenses.
All the concern work in municipality.
Vehicles approvals from food control departments.
Registration renewal of vehicles from traffic departments.
Renewals of apartment’s contracts from municipality.
All other documents related to renewal from different departments.
Inspections of municipality.
Inspection of civil defense department.
Post boxes collection and maintain the post box renewal.

Co-ordination with HUMEN RESOURCES for main power approvals.
Process the visa after approvals from H.R.
Obtain visa from concern department with all the procedures completion.
Hand over the visa to HR after receiving from immigration.
Medical reports collection.
Arrange the agreements for labor card process for new arrived staff and renewal
Visa stamps on passports.
Record keeping of passports.
Record keeping of vacation of staff.
Record keeping of staff passport validity.
Co-ordination with accounts for all the expenses of visa submission, collection, cancellation.
