• Managing the company’s Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with all key people in the business (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production and Finance) which goal is to synchronize demand and supply of all materials while taking into consideration the financial impact as well as financial goals of the company

• Generating baseline forecasts based on historical data and submits it to Sales and Marketing team to review, align and validate

• Challenging reviewed demand forecasts from Sales and Marketing to ensure that these numbers are aligned close to the historical figures and sales trend of each sku

• Translating validated demand forecasts in to supply plan, assess stocks and release the orders (trading items, raw and packaging materials) to procurement team for ordering. Ensuring timely replenishment of stocks to avoid out of stock issues

• Define safety stock levels for all skus based on their importance (product classification), lead time and economic order quantity (in order not to freeze company’s financial resources)

• Preparing factory production plan for all processed meats

• Monitoring stock movements and ensure agreed stock levels will be met

• Monitoring stock movement of all skus at export locations and suggesting orders to all distributors to ensure 100% product availability. This includes shipment of all agreed promotional items on time prior to launch in the market.

• Coordinating with both Sales and Marketing department on new product launching, monthly promotions, stock that are slow moving to ensure the availability and movement of stock

• Generating Monthly Planning KPI, analysing findings and reporting it to management

• Attending and providing inputs to weekly Supply Chain and Sales and Marketing OPEX meetings and monthly reviews

• Assessment of complete Sales and Operations plan at the end of each month and present results and findings to the Board of Directors

• In-charge for all restaurants order adjustments confirmation and coordination of special delivery requests and service recovery deliveries.
