Trouble tickets management (Districts RTTS)
• Analyzing Data Network Performance on the basis of data collected from Trouble Tickets, Network Faults through NMS.
• The configuration of IP L-3 circuit for MPLS, using IP solution center.
• MPLS Configuration of IP and DIA Circuits on MPLS-PE routers for Cisco & Huawei.
• Coordination with the technicians for troubleshooting circuit problem related to access and network Layers.
• Coordination with the customer NOCs to ensure the established routes on the C.E routers.
• Provided technical assistance to customers and field technicians regarding circuit, turn it up and involved in troubleshooting provisioned circuits connectivity issues. Technical Support on HUAWEI Msan/Dslam, ALCATEL Msan /Dslam, MALC Exchange.
