Duties and Responsibilities

* Establishing and enforcing company policies regarding customer relations, sales techniques, and

* Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance and prevent issues.
Key Achievements
* Managed to grow the company's total sales from $30, 000 gross sales per month to now $ 150, 000
per month.
* Recruited trained and successfully technical team of 25 members and sales team of 8 members
* Managed to install 95 ATMs for Cooperative banks of Kenya and 16 ATMs of ABSA bank
(initially Barclays bank).
* Managed to install networks( structured cabling) for 33 branches of cooperative banks in Kenya,
7 branches of Nairobi Women’s hospital, 10 branches of Sidian bank ( initially K-Rep), 5 branches
of ABC bank, 13 branches of Agha Khan hospital, 30 learning government technical institutes
across the country(Kenya), 54 government Secondary schools and Technical university of Kenya.
* Managed to install Telecommunication equipment( PABXs and handsets) and cabling in
Cooperative banks, Sidian banks, Boma hotel, Mama Lucy hospital, ABC banks, Nairobi
women’s hospitals, Kenindia Assurance company ltd, Panari hotel, Sun and sand hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and monitoring the activities of the project.
* Ensuring timely delivery of projects.
* Ensuring technical feasibility of projects.
* Developing project scopes and objectives.
* Ensuring resource availability.
* Management, performance and completion of new product development projects
* Manage to develop documentation, software work plans, and keep documentation up to date
Key achievements
* Led and implemented complex projects in European Union in Kenya i.e. communication
equipment supply and install, networking to specifications, CCTVs installations and computers
supply.
* Managed installations of telecommunication equipment (PABXs and phones in Kenya ports of
Kenya, in Family banks, in National banks of Kenya, in Technical university of Kenya, in Agha
khan hospital of Tanzania and many more.
* Directed the relocation of Nairobi women’s hospital regional data center and regional office from
Hurligham to Adams; devised startup planning and managed operations within given resources,
time, and budget.
Responsible for making key decisions that relate to continuous improvement of technical
operations.
* Installation and maintenance of broadcast equipment..
* Managing the teams that are doing production and repair of broadcasting equipment.
* Help resolve technical issues, and ensure that staff is properly allocated to tasks by considering
staff’s skills and interests, and the technical needs
* Facilitate communication between the cross-functional teams and the larger organization.
