- project manager, the project are in the field of the water treatment industery ( sewage water treatment )
- my role including but not limited to ( planing, monitoring and control all the project activity, the financial and contractual agreements, the procurment and purchasing planing and control, the subcontracting and the work excution supervision, representing the company against the consultant and the client, ... )
- my main target is the success of the project, this may require to work as ( technical advisor, planner, financial contoller, invoicing and cash control, HR and teaming, conflict managing and mediator, .... )
- group projects manager, the project are in the field of the water treatment industery ( desalination, brakish water treatmrnt, sewage water treatment, industerial process water treatment )

- my scope of work including any activity helping in the success of the project ( technical advisor, planner, financial contoller, invoicing and cash control, HR and teaming, conflict managing and mediator, .... )
- managing the project starting from scratch to the handingover and comissioning
- responsible for all the project managing activities ( planing, time scheduling, procurements, budgeting, cost controling, logistics, technical issues, coordination with the cient and the consultant )
- multi projects in the same time
- my projects including (waste water treatments, industerial water treatments, and desalination )
- fully responsibe for all the project activities technical issues, contractual issues and financial issues
- Toshka pumping station project - project engineer,
- planing and supervising all the fabrication in the project ( piping work, water and fuel tank, steel structures, marine requirements, and all the welding and repairing for the dredgeres, ... etc )
- planing and supervising the installation, dismantelling and demobilization for the project heavy equipments ( dredgeres, floating excavatores, drilling rigs, heavy cranes )
- this including all the procurements and logistics also the required coordination with the client or the consultant
- site installation work for the compressed air equipments ( compressors, reservoires, and controol rooms .. etc ) which used for the sinking oper\ation of the sewage shafts .
- installation of the tunnel boring machines, pipe jacking machines, and all the site installations for the tunneling construction process ).
- maintenance and operation of the project equipments in the project sites ( more than 40), these include ( cranes, excavatores, loaderes, compressores, generatores, ... etc )
- site installation engineer for the pipe jacking machines
- operation and maintenance for the site equipments ( pipe jacking machines, compressores, generatores, ...etc )
- supervising the welding processs for the tunnel hull
