• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, and in person requests for assistance from users experiencing technical problems.
• Respond to technical issues as they arise.
• Provide system support and training users.
• Record and log frequent users and applications issues to improve users training.
• Reviewing and analyzing the client’s business operations with discuss work flow processes and recommending improvements.
• Able to manage the customer and manage situations during the implementation process with the customer.
• Before onsite training to customer side preparing the client Data for implementation.
• After already finished implementation of client Data’s and we have to provide ERP user training and technical support.
• After already finished all of process and have to prepare project finished agreement sign letter.
• Work with ERP online support to research and resolve application issues.
• Weekly own projects status is discussed in internal meetings with ERP software Department.
• Responsible for the ERP & POS Software Support and maintained Networking System.
• CCTV configuration, setup, and Mikrotik router configuration setup.
• ERP & POS Software install and configure computer hardware operating systems and application.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as required.
• Provide internal system support.
• Daily check database backup and internet speed test .
• Creating the User and setup User Permissions.
• To Create monthly way plans and then route plans in ERP software for Sale Person.
• Respond to technical issues as they arise.
• Provide system support and training users.
• Provide Mobile App training users.
• Before warehouse user and sale person training to make implementation of ERP & Mobile App Version.
• Weekly own projects status is discussed in internal meetings with ERP software Department.
