Monitor the quality control indicators and alert sub-contractor, site engineers in cases of deviation and propose corrective measures to be applied.
Review Laboratory Test Results, Material Submittals and Technical Submittals.
Preparation of method statements and inspection and test plans.
Preparation of corrective and preventive action for non-conformances and closing non-conformances.
Witness along with the consultant testing of materials and structures (e.g. concrete sampling, trial mix, materials testing for building, etc.) if it conforms to the design / project specifications.
Prepare Work Inspection Requests and Material Inspection Requests and other quality related reports/documents of every activity and monitor accomplishments.
Implement all aspect of quality assurance/control system on all materials and ongoing works; keep on file test results and calibration reports of test equipment.
Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the method statements and approved drawings are
followed.
Address concerns and issues raised by client and consultants on quality matters.
Liaise with client and consultants on matters relevant to quality assurance/control.
Developing and implementing the Project Quality Management System.
